Respect your partner’s consent

Use Both only with a consenting partner. Keep your account secure. Do not impersonate anyone, attempt to access another couple’s space, or use Both to monitor or coerce someone.

Prohibited content and behavior

• No threats, harassment, hate, exploitation, illegal material or sexual abuse content.
• No sharing intimate images or personal information without permission.
• No spam, malicious links, or attempts to bypass privacy safeguards.
• Only upload material you have permission to share.

Safety and reporting

Account contains reporting and partner-blocking controls. A report includes the details you choose to submit, not automatic copies of all your private messages. Reports may be reviewed to enforce these rules. The support review process and response arrangements must be finalized before public launch.

Free trial and subscriptions

Each new shared space gets a 7-day free trial of Both Premium, starting when the space is created. No payment details are needed and nothing is charged; when the trial ends, Premium sections lock unless one partner subscribes, while Check-in and Tasks stay free.

Both Premium is sold as monthly or yearly subscriptions through Google Play, at the price shown in the app and the store listing at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Google Play; cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge, and you keep Premium until the end of the period already paid for. One subscription covers both partners in a shared space. Refunds are handled under Google Play’s refund policies.

Your content and availability

You retain your rights to your content and allow Both to store and display it for the service. Both does not provide medical, relationship or legal advice. Alerts, streaks and availability are not guaranteed emergency or safety tools. Account deletion removes your contributions while preserving your partner’s account and their own items. Earlier database backups may temporarily retain records; see Privacy for the backup-retention policy and recovery restrictions.
