Email Admin@obscuranyc.org with the problem, your device model, and the app screen involved. Include a screenshot only if it does not expose passwords, sign-in codes or private partner content.
Account help
Use Forgot your password on the sign-in page to request a reset link. For account removal, visit Account deletion. Never send your password to support.
Report a concern
Use Account → Safety to submit a report or block partner sharing. If you cannot sign in, email the support address with the details you choose to disclose. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
